Summary

Objectives Educational Larp development & networking (Live action role play games). Our objective is, cooperation, to blend our organizational cultures, looking for shared definitions/methods in preparation of future developed collaborations. We intend to sharpen our educational methods and our leaders' competences. We want the tool/method to reach higher recognition and involve more educators/youth outside and within the Erasmus family, and at the same time promote our junior leaders. Activities Our planned activities: - Five or more online meetings. - Work on shared digital documents. - Two physical work meetings. - Producing: videos, maps, posters for our main shared event; the Gimle educational Larp. - Webpage update. - Artistic residency: improving the artistic/dramatic/narrative level of our educational larp. - Local work meetings. - Visiting a larp conference (The Portal) - Local dissemination events. - Management of the project. Impact 1. “Build” a communicative platform - using the same conceptual language. Building trust for long term cooperation. 2. Gain experience in administrating a European project. Financial self-sustainability. 3. Use of innovative tools, educational efficiency. 4. Increased recognition of our non formal educational tools. 5. Webpage update. 6. Game material (videos, book, posters, maps). 7. Updated game-mechanics (open source). 8.
