Laboure HotSpot
βΆSummary
Objectives Through this project we will build the transnational and cross sectoral working capacities of NGOβs active in youth work in the field of employability, digital content technologies and practices and new learning approaches. We will contribute to the digitalization of the learning process by creating an e-learning platform and enable distance learning. By achieving the project goals, we will contribute to the achievement of the goals of the Erasmus + program. Activities All activities we plan to carry out in accordance with non-formal working methods. In addition to transnational meetings, we plan to hold international training for youth workers, develop a new learning program, and digitize the entire process. Activities will be carried out in parallel in all countries involved in this project at the local and international level. Impact The project plans to create a guidebook that would systematize in one place all the obstacles that exist in society and prevent young people from accessing the labor market. The guidebook would contain new methods and approaches for youth workers who work with young people with fewer opportunities. The project will create a digital platform that will enable distance learning for all stakeholders in the field of youth inclusion in the labor market.
