Summary

The idea of the project was based on the communication between the partners about the need to "promote well-being", which is also the name of the project. In the context of the pandemic period, the motives were physical separation, social isolation, school closings, sports and eating habits across countries, not only Europe, which affected physical and mental health. The goal of the target group is close digital literacy, the outputs of the project are also aimed at the support of digital technologies and the further dissemination of theses about a healthy way of life across educational organizations. The project assumes environmental sustainability and green travel (since some mobilities travel by train and in many cases the costs of printing materials are reduced), the development of active citizenship within the EU countries through various activities in the countries of the project partners, the support of inclusion and the development of key competences in the field management, cooperation, coordination, communication, tolerance. In addition, great attention was paid to the development of active citizenship, inclusion and support of pro-European values from geographically diversified territories.

Objectives

The project wants to stimulate participants to act as global multipliers in the field of education in their own organization, at the national and transnational level. Objectives: - strengthen digital transformation through digital readiness, resilience and capacities - support inclusion and diversity in all areas of education and training - create intellectual outputs focused on physical and mental well-being focused on well-being - support the concept of digital transformation The goals were achieved through partial activities.

Activities

Types of implemented activities: - Transnational project meeting - Training and educational activities - Workshop on e-Twinning - Final project meetings These meetings corresponded with the project's intention and several partial sub-activities took place within them, which are also listed on the project's official website. Taking into account the specific conditions of the project partners (including differences in culture, religion, eating habits, physical condition, etc.), all activities were communicated in advance with members of the project teams. Communication took place on a weekly basis. In accordance with the project's purpose, different high schools and non-profit organizations were involved in the scope and fields of activity, and the nature of the activities resulted from this, so that they could be used by as many potential and real participants as possible. The very name of the project suggested that the so-called well-being is part of it.

Impact

A specific project output is an application focused on well-being (under the name ProWell School), which is freely available. another project output is prepared methodological materials that were tested during international mobilities. The added value of the project are examples of good practice that will be used in curriculum documents and specific subjects in schools from partner countries, thereby strengthening the European context of the project. The awareness of the Erasmus+ program through the dissemination of results and sharing on different types of networks is expanding and thereby increasing the credit of the participating schools in the project. When concretizing the outputs, consideration was also given to the evaluation of the quality of the application and the feedback provided by the evaluators. The project "Promote well-being" assumes the duration of activities even after the end of the project. Another output is agreements on potential future cooperation on Erasmus+ projects based on fair cooperation.
