Objectives Based on declared needs from schools that approach us, we want to create, test and disseminate methodology, how through the workshops and other activities in cooperation with schools support boys and young men on their way to adulthood. We also want to motivate other men into this cooperation, that is why we want to disseminate this methodology and train other teachers, youth workers and volunteers with potential how to do it. Activities Introductory two-hour workshops at schools on the topic of what does it mean to be a man in the 21st century, which should open the discussion and inspire for further searching. This will be followed by half-day workshops and online men sharing groups, which will go deeper into the topics. 4-day courses, with mixed (Czecho-Slovak) groups and at least one also mixed girls/boys (men/women) Online and offline workshops for teachers, youth workers and other volunteers on tested methodology. Impact Young men, who had a chance to consciously work on themselves in related topics to manhood and adulthood. Motivated schools, open for long-term cooperation with external collaborators on manhood topics based on a tested methodology Group of mature men who get involved on the guidance of young men.
