Workshops were organized to provide teams with creative writing skills. The studies were transferred to the electronic environment and brought to the folk culture. The food types determined in line with the investigations were made by the teams. The dishes that emerged as a result of the examinations were presented in the form of festivals at the school, and the dishes to be written about were determined. The book 'HISTORY OF LEGENDARY DISHES', which includes the photograph and the story of the food chosen from each region, was published.
