Teams were formed by explaining the project idea. The teams gathered information about the food culture of the region. The teams compiled folk tales/legends. The studies were recorded in written and visual form. While making the compilation process, it was ensured that the teams got to know the history, geographical and cultural values โโof the region. The included studies were compared with the available data in terms of accuracy. In this way, it was determined what kind of changes it experienced over time. Workshops were organized to provide teams with creative writing skills. The studies were transferred to the electronic environment and brought to the folk culture. The food types determined in line with the investigations were made by the teams. The dishes that emerged as a result of the examinations were presented in the form of festivals at the school, and the dishes to be written about were determined. The book 'HISTORY OF LEGENDARY DISHES', which includes the photograph and the story of the food chosen from each region, was published.
