The project sought to achieve four key objectives with a view to fostering inclusive and accessible lifelong learning: • Promotion of lifelong learning: by encouraging immigrant adults without formal educational or vocational qualifications to engage in education. With a growth mindset these learners are able to successful participate in lifelong learning activities. • Social inclusion and active citizenship were achieved through the provision of the necessary skills and confidence to facilitate integration into EU societies, labor markets, and communities, ensuring greater participation and independence. • The project also focused upskilling adult educators. To this end, training was provided on inclusive teaching methods, cultural awareness, and coaching techniques. The training enabled educators to better support diverse learners. • More inclusive curriculum in educational institutions by adapting their programs to cater to the needs of migrant learners. This will include addressing language barriers, cultural differences, and vocational aspirations, ensuring higher participation and success rates in lifelong learning.
