The project team's motivation and ultimate goal is to provide easy-to-access, state-of-the-art techniques to secure the IT infrastructure of European industry. Our research has shown that there is a massive lack of knowledge and diligence in various areas and industries. Cybersecurity is still not part of the mindset of senior management, despite the fact that there are now almost weekly reports of failures due to cyber attacks. Investment in modern security hardware but also training is needed. The developed self-assessment tool provides important information about vulnerabilities in your own infrastructure, and the freely available course provides easy-to-use solutions to effectively eliminate or identify the most important security gaps. The developed course and website can be used by VET trainers to educate students in this field.

Creation of a project plan, a quality plan,a milestone plan, an action plan, a requirements catalog, a dissemination plan, a technical specification report and a methodology to support the target group in securing their industrial assets and operations Creation of various templates (time tracking, assessments, corporate design, etc.) Interviews with stakeholders in all participating partner countries, evaluations and surveys, regular dissemination of project information through various channels. 1. A self-assessment tool for companies to assess their levels of OT cyber-security: The tool is designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the manufacturing, oil and gas, aerospace, shipping and rail industries, as well as any other companies that work with operational technology, to assess the current state of their operational cybersecurity and identify potential gaps in their security measures. 2. A methodological framework and accompanying training material to help with the identification of OT cyber-security needs, the selection of appropriate security controls and their implementation. The main objective of this framework is to describe a system/method for SMEs to evaluate, plan, implement, manage, and maintain their OT cybersecurity. The companion guide provides step-by-step instructions. By following the steps outlined in this document,organizations will be able to assess their current security posture, identify weaknesses and strengths,set goals, and develop comprehensive action plans to improve their cybersecurity. 3.
