We consider that we have achieved all 5 objectives of the project, mentioned in the APPLICATION: I.Build a solid network association of 6 organizations participating in 6 European countries and with an outreach to all European countries to promote the knowledge and development of Strategies in training and mentoring for trainers and hr.; II. provide the members of the HR departments with the necessary competences for the motivation and retention of talent and the employees with the capacity for self -motivation, self-leadership and tools for emotional self-management ; III. developing the capacity of training and retaining companies ; IV- development of a manual of skills and tools for the coaches and trainers in charge of hr training; V- establish a training program .
