▶Objectives
αSKILLS provides new tools and methodologies for teachers, educators and youth workers to support them when working with youngsters (13-15 years old) on career guidance and talent and skills development. The developed tools and methodologies have a focus on opportunities in the green economy and are bundled in on online open access Guidebook. This project aims to (indirectly) support youngsters in making better informed choices in their future study- and career path.
▶Activities
The partnership will develop new tools and methodologies for teachers, educators and youth workers on the topics of career guidance and talent and skill development in het green economy. They will organize local and international cocreation workshops and trainings to develop materials together with the target group. All materials will be tested in all partner countries and bundled in the open access online Guidebook.
▶Impact
The project results in better educated teachers on the topics of career guidance and talent and skill development in the green economy, for youngsters between 13 and 15 years old. Youngsters themselves will be able to make more informed and motivated choices in their future, as they have an idea about their talents, interests, skills and their opportunities, especially in the green economy.
