Inclusive Online Eco-systemic Youth Coaching (I.YOU)
▶Summary
Objectives I.YOU project aims at designing, developing, and implementing an Inclusive Online Eco-systemic Youth Coaching (I.YOU) software. An innovative and empowering tool that is ready-to-use, easy-to-use, and can be implemented in the daily activities of youth trainers. I.YOU aims at facilitating young persons the post-pandemic effect of Covid, the uncertainty of the new reality, and to increase their abilities to find personal and professional opportunities for realisation and growth. Activities The main activities are structured in four work packages including the Project Management (WP1). WP2 is focussed on development of educational coaching content, design, development, and implementation of the online I.YOU software. WP3 is centred on coaching a pilot group of youth trainers and supporting them in the implementation of I.YOU in their trainings. Results from piloting will be presented in a report. WP4 is focused on promoting the I.YOU in the
