โ–ถObjectives

Our project objectives were multifaceted, with the goal of addressing key challenges and fostering positive outcomes in adult education and HR management. First, we sought to form a transnational collaboration partnership to increase organisational capacity in meeting common needs. We aimed to test innovative digital gamified learning content tailored for adult learners, assisting their rapid adaptation to new jobs, and based on the results, develop a methodology for onboarding gamification, a technical specification for how to do it, and KPIs for measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of onboarding itself, as well as in comparison to the traditional one. Our goal was to spark the interest and engagement of HR managers and employers in implementing innovative onboarding training methods, thereby encouraging the intentional use of digital technologies in training and learning. We also wanted to demonstrate and promote the gamified training for adult onboarding, contrasting it with traditional methods to encourage a shift towards digital training approaches. We aimed to improve the quality of partnering organisations' work in adult education, and thus create more effective and engaging onboarding practices across industries.
