โ–ถObjectives

When we filled out the application form for this project, we were guided by the words of Maria Montessori: "Everyone talks about peace, but no one educates for peace. In this world, one educates for competition, competition is the beginning of every war. When one begins to educate for cooperation and being we offer each other solidarity, from that day on we will have started to educate ourselves for peace." Today, alas, they sound even more relevant against the background of ever-increasing tensions and conflicts. Raising physically healthy and cheerful children is an important task of any modern society. The need for psychosocial support in education for both students, so too for teachers. Reduction of motor activity, deformations in physical capacity, neuro-psychological disorders, hypertension, obesity, stress, aggression, irrational eating are problems of the century. The anatomical-physiological and cognitive characteristics of preschool and primary school-age children require targeted development of their motor skills and physical ability through movements, games, music and emotion. This project is a rather successful attempt to unite the holistic approach to man and the achievements of modern pedagogical science.

โ–ถActivities

We, the teachers in all European educational institutions, are looking for more and more opportunities for natural countermeasures to stress, such as unstructured free play and outdoor play. Activities and outcomes were aimed at each of the triad: child, teacher, parent in equal collaboration. We focused on contemporary modern holistic informal approaches and methods, which we approved and implemented in our pedagogical practice, striving to respect the principles of learning by doing and experiencing according to the needs and desires of the learners. Among the positive aspects of this type of learning are self-initiative and personal involvement, change and growth. Symbolically, we called the topics of our main activities "therapies", because we think that the emphasis on applying the used techniques will be an easier way to the possibility of restoring the internal balance in each child - physical, mental and spiritual balance. Yoga therapy - practicing yoga for children Fairy tale therapy - telling and creating fairy tales and theater; Color therapy โ€“ use of visual arts; Music and Rhythm therapy - by playing, singing and dancing; Green eco therapy - eco workshop - work in the garden or with eco materials;
