▶Objectives
Through implementing the project we wanted to achieve the following issues: - Learning from each other’s experience and engaging in a real dialogue with employers by developing the entrepreneurship model in close collaboration with local enterprises; - Giving study and job orientation counseling provided by teachers will play an important role in motivating students to complete their education; -What is more important, participants will be able to dispel their doubts and deepen their knowledge in direct contact with entrepreneurs and their potential employers. - Activation of young people who are from rural areas and who are from different ethnic minorities. Beneficiaries of the project will design their ideas for changing the immediate environment and will decide, by using the acquired knowledge, where to present the indicated idea of changes. Using learning by doing, learning through contact with authorities during meetings and with representatives of organizations of entrepreneurs - not in the form of predictable lectures, but using simulation, debates and workshops, tutoring, joint recording of interviews are among the main achievements of the project.
▶Activities
The implemented activities are as following: 1. Administrative meeting and exchange of experience in Bulgaria - We discussed the activities and results of the planned objectives and directions of the project. During the meeting, a general detailed plan for project activities by months is drawn up, the upcoming meetings are discussed, and the mandatory documentation regarding the implementation of the project is discussed. 2. Short term joint staff training in Turkiye - The training 'We know much more about entrepreneurs' was based on non-formal education and included case studies and discussions on the topic of the project, as well as the series of creative workshops in which users had the opportunity to acquire entrepreneurial and personal skills. A presentation about creating Europass certificates was presented at the local university, too. 3. Blended mobility for students and staff in Romania - The students participated in demonstration activities, seminars, socialization activities, cultural and educational visits. All participants presented their own entrepreneurial projects and business plans. Meetings were held with business people who introduced their own businesses and the students got to know them by asking questions.
▶Impact
The project contributed to the development of professional, linguistic and cultural knowledge of the participants. Through the meetings held with local businessmen and entrepreneurs, the students gained a clear idea of the path they should take after completing their education. Precisely 'after completion their education', because in all the meetings held, the emphasis was placed mainly on education. Students learned what is necessary to start their own business; what employers are looking for; what they need to do to find a job; how entrepreneurs in the three partner countries started and developed their businesses; what is the key to success in entrepreneurship; how to create their own successful business plan; how to write an appropriate CV when applying for a job; they increased their digital competence by using a Canva template to create a business plan. In addition to the entrepreneurial skills listed, the students developed communication skills in cooperation with foreign partners - they had the opportunity to practice English, as it is the common language of the three partners; they acquired skills in presenting presentations and business plans to an audience; they became culturally enriched.
