The overall objective of the project is to be a step forward to more inclusive schools in which students’ achievements raise contributing to both their attainment levels and progress. Specific objectives A. For TG1: - Better attainment levels in Mathematics and Nature Studies considering the primary school curricula; - Better progress of each student; - Better levels of involvement in school life. B. For TG2: Improved skills and competences: - To identify TG1 students’ specific learning needs; - To develop specific ways to support TG1 to learn better; - To adapt existing educational materials in Mathematics and Nature Studies and design their own lesson plans and support materials considering the specifics of their students.
