Objectives

The project aimed to tackle sexual-based discrimination in the workplace by creating a diversity management Toolkit that could be used by SMEs and other authorities. Furthermore, the partners explored the existing good practices and the legal frameworks of the participating countries regarding anti-discrimination policies and provided a vulnerability assessment report. Discrimination in the workplace against LGBT+ workers led to severe problems in their health and well-being.

Activities

The main activities that were implemented were the following: project set-up and monitoring, kick-off meeting, Research and preparation of the Toolkit, Dissemination activities, scenarios and consultation and the final event.

Impact

The outputs of this project were: 1. Research reports (Vulnerability assessment report) 2. Four key findings factsheets 3. Ten one-day expert roundtables 4. State of the art report 5. Policy recommendations 6. Diversity Management Toolkit 7. Report on scenarios and consultation
