Throughout this project the general objective set was to address the teaching, learning, cognitive, and social needs of a rather demanding education context, the mainstream multilingual and multicultural classroom in primary education, providing equal opportunities for all, using an innovative blended learning model based on robust second language and intercultural pedagogical and theoretical approaches. More specifically, the main priorities were inclusion and diversity in this particular education, training, and youth field. This began with a comprehensive needs analysis phase and was followed by a well-structured training program to tackle critical challenges. Additionally tackling learning disadvantages, early school leaving, and low proficiency in basic literacy, intercultural and digital skills, and the creation of stimulating innovative learning and teaching practices via the generation of substantial educational material based on the students' needs, interests, and linguistic and cognitive levels and cutting-edge digital tools designed to inspire teachers and students alike.
