▶Objectives
The DECODE project aimed to achieve specific results that would transform preschool education and ensure long-term sustainability: Improving the quality of preschool education and reducing disadvantage: We have improved the quality and relevance of preschool education and created a functional model for preventing educational disadvantage and low levels of basic skills among all children. Supporting cognitive development: We comprehensively supported the cognitive development of preschoolers through interactive and engaging OER (digital repository of activities for children). Equipping professionals and families: We equipped teachers and parents with the necessary knowledge and skills through a multilingual online course and a handbook for conducting seminars. Sustainability and multiplication: Ensuring the long-term use of results (OER) and their multiplication into practice across Europe, thanks to a dissemination strategy that reached at least 2,000 key stakeholders.
