The PAL SOUND project aimed to achieve several key objectives: >> To foster collaboration between Romani and non-Romani musicians, the project sought to enhance social cohesion and mutual understanding. >> To promote social inclusion and eliminate the descriminatio >>Through the development of the 'Gypsy Influence Curriculum,' the project provided Romani musicians with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate and succeed in the music industry. >>To establish a robust network of musicians, educators, and cultural organizations to support the ongoing development and promotion of Romani music. >> To raise awareness and combat discrimination by undrlying the positive narratives of Romani culture and music, the project sought to challenge stereotypes and reduce discrimination against Romani communities. >> To Introduce romani musicians to new music technologies was a priority, enabling them to co-create music remotely and engage with a broader audience, as well as to expand their business opportunities through innovative training materials.were pursued through >> The Development of a Free Online Repository for artists to publish and promote their music as well as to find new collaborations

>> Conduction of desk and field research with 100 participants >> Creation of the 'Romani Influence' Whitepaper in English and in all partners languages >> Creation of the “Gypsy Influence Curriculum” with 11 modules, translated in English and partners languages with 84 pages >> Creation of the Online Romani Repository and digitalization of 11 modules in all partners language in English >> Hosting 41 profiles of artists in the Online Repository >> Composition of 34 songs during the PAL SOUND project >> Creation of PAL SOUND Website in English, in partners languages and in Romani >> Organization of Online Peer Cooperation with 10 sessions per partner with 10 participants >> Training of trainers to be trained in Curriculum, organised in Prague with 15 trainers from the partner countries with one week duration >> Organization of 1 international festival in Prague during the KHAMORO FESTIVAL with 12 musicians from the partner countries >> Organization of 5 multiplier events in 5 different countries, with 20 participants in each event or more than 160 participants >> Organisation of Training Workshops in the partner countries

Impact

1. Romani Influence Whitepaper in English and in Partner Languages with 54 pages 2. Development of the Gypsy Influence Curriculum with 84 pages in English and in partners languages consisted of 11 Modules 3. Organization of 75 workshops with 100 participants in total for the whole project 4. Development of the Online Repository with the main texts translated in English, in partners languages and in Romani 5. Hosting 41 Artists profiles that participated in the PAL SOUND Activities 6. 34 new compositions from the implementaion of the local trainings and online peer cooperations 7. Organization of one week training of trainers in Pragues, Czech Republic with 15 participants from the partner countries 8. Digitalization of the Curriculum as recorded videos. 66 recordings were made in total, in English and translated in partners languages 9. Development of the PAL SOUND Website in English and translated in partners languages and in Romani 10. Organisation of the PAL SOUND Festival during the KHAMORO FESTIVAL in Prague with 12 participants/musicians from the partner countries and with 30 people as audience to the dedicated session 11. Organisation of 5 multiplier events with more than 160 participants in total
