Objectives o To support educators and youth workers in developing social and emotional competences through training to foster Emotional intelligence competencies in young people; o To provide young people with personal development skills that will contribute to their psychologic wellbeing and help reduce youth anxiety and/or depressive disorder; o To provide educators and youth workers with knowledge regarding Emotional Intelligence Profile (EIP) and its application in the educational system Activities ⢠Production of a set of self-paced online Interactive Modules for educators and youth workers; ⢠Production of a comprehensive curriculum to promote the inclusion, social cohesion, learning and wellbeing of youth (ages 15-24); ⢠Production of a e-learning course for educators, youth workers, educational leaders, and support staff on how to implement the curriculum for student; ⢠1 seven-day international training course for educators and youth workers. Impact ⢠1 set of self- paced online Interactive Modules for educators and youth workers that are designed to facilitate the development of self-control, emotional awareness, and interpersonal problem-solving skills ⢠1 comprehensive curriculum to promote the inclusion, social cohesion, learning and wellbeing of youth (ages 15-24); ⢠1 e-learning course for educators, youth workers, educational leaders, and support staff on how to implement the curriculum for student.
