The project Empfrau aimed to achieve several key objectives through its implementation. They are: - A complete comprehensive job information guidebook for job insertion per partner country. - Mentoring at least 40 migrant women on the job application process and employability skills. - Supporting and integrating migrant women for job insertion. - Providing migrant women the space to easily adapt to the changing environment and Intercultural intermingling that allows each other to better understand and avoid fear and confusion about the unknown cultures. - More experienced migrants share their stories on how a successful job application process can be easily achieved.
