Project AID4EVE aims to facilitate digital transformation in VET by creating a DIGITAL TRAINING PLATFORM (DTP) for developing Universal Skills of VET students, which will contribute towards enhancing employability of VET trainees by developing key competences aligned to job market needs. Simultaneously the digital training content will contribute towards digital transformation in VET by further developing digital competence and didactical readiness of VET trainers in contemporary digital era. In other words there are 4 key objectives. • Facilitate the digital transformation of the VET education ecosystem by integrating a cost-effective remedy • Increase the employability of VET trainees by upskilling them with key competences in universal skills aligned with job-market needs • Create a Digital Training Platform which can be used for classroom teaching, virtual teaching, and hybrid teaching. • Improve the digital skills and innovative teaching methods of VET trainers so that they can better prepare their students for the digital workplace.

Project AID4EVE ran for 12 months and undertook the following activities: 1. The design and creation of a DIGITAL TRAINING PLATFORM for developing Universal Skills through the design and development of a collection of 30 LEARNING APPs for training in English, German and Turkish. 2. The organisation and attendance of project partners at three Transnational meetings - Kick off and action planning meeting (Germany) - Review meeting (Austria) - Sustainability meeting (Turkey) 3. The production of project management toolkit, action planning reports and working documentations for progress reporting, risk management and quality assurance. 4. Dissemination and exploitation plan to disseminate the project results by partners through their networks and countries to increase its reach and impact 4. Pilot training with VET teachers, trainers, learners and staff in Turkey, Austria and Germany. 5. Dissemination conference held in Turkey to disseminate all AID4EVE activities and gain feedback from VET teachers, students and policy makers.

3 in person transnational meetings were held in Germany, Austria and Turkey and an additional 4 online meetings were held . AID4EVE Digital Training Platform (DTP): gives access to 30 learning apps in English (10), German (10) and Turkish (10) in three universal skills: Critical Thinking Skills, Conflict Resolution, and Strategic Planning. The DTP was piloted with 84 VET teachers, trainers, learners and staff in Turkey, Austria and Germany AID4EVE Project Management Toolkit was used to clarify tasks and deadlines, mitigate risks and guide the successful implementation of the project on time and within budget. AID4EVE Quality Plan & Evaluation Strategy and Dissemination & Exploitation plan guided the achievement of quality project outputs and meeting the quantitiatve and qualitative indicators. AID4EVE Dissemination Conference held in Turkey was attended by 45 participants. 50 VET teachers, trainers and educators -partners' staff- stated that they can experience a significant improvement in their competences and skills by using the DTP 58 VET providers, organizations, directorates of education, technical universities and chambers of commerce were made directly aware about the AID4EVE project outputs.
