Educators will learn new approaches to consider the individual needs of learners with few digital skills. The trainers’ skills are updated with inclusive, accessible and participatory methods. Gender- and diversity-sensitive learning materials will be available as online Open Educational Resources (OER). The project will provide Open Badges to certify the course. Local pilot trainings with ICT-trainers trained by us and their participants will test and optimize the final training.
