Objectives

Our primary objectives were to enhance understanding of workplace wellness, strengthen soft skills for individuals affected by burnout, and equip organizations with effective tools to prevent such challenges. To achieve these goals, we aligned our efforts with the 2017 European Pillar of Social Rights and the 2020 European Skills Agenda, which emphasize the importance of lifelong learning and skills development. The project’s activities included the creation of a comprehensive curriculum, provision of direct mentoring, and the development of best practices aimed at fostering healthier work environments. By concentrating on these key objectives, we aspired to support individuals in regaining employment under improved conditions while assisting organizations in cultivating sustainable and supportive workplaces. This multifaceted approach not only directly contributes to the priorities of enhancing overall participation in adult education but also plays a vital role in building resilience within the workforce. By focusing on these interlinked areas, we aimed to create a lasting impact that would improve the overall quality of work life for many and address the ongoing challenges posed by burnout in various sectors.
