โ–ถObjectives

The INGROW Project aimed to create a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem by equipping migrant and ethnic minority entrepreneurs with essential skills and resources to overcome unique barriers in business. Our objectives included developing a tailored Competence Framework to address critical entrepreneurial competencies, creating a modular curriculum for flexible learning, and launching an Investor Readiness Assessment Tool to improve access to financing. Additionally, INGROW sought to empower educators and support organizations with culturally relevant tools, fostering long-term adoption and use in entrepreneurship education. Through these efforts, we aspired to support migrant entrepreneurs in building sustainable businesses and promote inclusive economic growth across Europe.
