▶Objectives
The Soul Mate project aimed to raise awareness of mental health in the workplace, specifically for people with disabilities, and to provide practical, accessible educational resources for diverse target groups. At its core, the project sought to empower people with disabilities, promote self-determination, and offer accessible information on how to cope with psychological stress. At the same time, it aimed to support and raise awareness among employers, professionals, and multipliers to help create inclusive and health-promoting work environments. Soul Mate intended to share knowledge, foster dialogue, and initiate long-term change—through digital tutorials, a comprehensive guidebook, a training concept, and the development of a virtual community. All resources were deliberately designed to be low-threshold, multilingual, and accessible in a range of inclusive formats to ensure broad outreach and lasting impact.
