The project aimed to promote contemporary educational formats in vocational education and training and to sensitise teachers and specialists to innovative approaches. A central focus was on the transfer of modern working formats from industry, such as agile methods and self-organised learning (SOL), to educational contexts. This should not only enrich teaching and learning processes, but also increase the attractiveness and relevance of vocational training. Another aim was to develop a scalable peer learning format that offers skilled workers the opportunity to learn from each other and jointly develop solutions to the challenges of digital transformation. By combining practice-orientated approaches, intercultural exchange and new digital tools, the project aimed to promote skills development and create a sustainable basis for future educational innovations. In the long term, we aimed to make the results transferable and usable for other educational organisations.
