To increase understanding of how current transformations, in particular environmental/climate change and digital progress will impact the labour market, in terms of required qualifications, areas of work and transversal and sustainability skills. For two main target groups: stakeholders involved in vocational orientation (responsible for helping young people make their career choices), and also young people (who will shape the future and for whom the transformations need to be made tangible).
