Summary

Objectives The project (Enhancing Youth Participation through Facilitation Tools) aims to improve youth workers’ project management skills, thus responding to high demand for qualified and confıdent staff and volunteers who can implement successful E+ projects. Thıs wıll really make a difference in their communities and develop their competence in planning, implementing, monitoring and assessing the quality of the project. The learning style of the participants, the project's aims, and the trainers' experiences will be the non-formal approaches we choose to consider.
