Objectives O1: Upskill and/or reskill NEETs and women with green sector skills development providing new career paths that are in high demand both now and in the future O2: Provide connections with green sector companies to help NEETs and women jumpstart their green sector jobs O3: Increase cross sectoral and transnational cooperation to promote inclusion of disadvantaged NEETs O4: Adopt participatory action research and co-creation methodologies for the design and development of the project activities Activities a)Development of training on key green sector areas (Forest-based care, Waste Reduction, Social agriculture, Energy supply, Urban green care, Eco-tourism, Green Entrepreneurship b)Capacity building of 72 youth practitioners and training workshops with 180 NEETs and women. c) virtual transnational roundtables with 40 relevant stakeholders, for co-creation of Policy and Practice Recommendations Guide d) Dissemination including social media campaign, local events, short videos and final conference Impact The project is expected to advance NEETs and womenโs capacities as it will provide new training resources on green entrepreneurship learning and development of technical, behavioural, and experiential skills to thrive in green sector jobs. Additionally, it will enhance the capacities of youth practitioners and strengthen transnational and cross-sectoral collaborations in the field of green skills for entrepreneurship and employability of NEETs and women.
