The overall objective of the REACT project is to mitigate exclusion of citizens living in rural areas, who meet challenges in benefitting from digital health and social care offers from regional- and local providers, either because they do not have access to IT or do not have sufficient digital skill. The REACT project aims to develop and test the “Rural eHealth Facilitator” concept to better reach out to digitally excluded citizens living in rural areas.
