In conclusion, the goal was to "broaden their digital horizons," offering a modern, dynamic, and creative environment for the development of new technologies. It aimed to provide knowledge, resources, and experiences as a passport for its members to establish a successful career. Furthermore, it sought to promote innovation and entrepreneurship with a European perspective.

Activities

- Project Management It included setting objectives, developing a clear timeline, and distributing roles and responsibilities among partners. Emphasis was placed on continuous progress monitoring, efficient resource management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure the smooth implementation of the program and the optimal utilization of its results. - Methodology for Digital Literacy in Adults Over 55 in Greece and Spain Based on best practices from Greece and Spain, instructional approaches were designed that focus on experiential learning, the use of user-friendly tools, and the gradual familiarization with new technologies. -Teacher Training: Enhancing Digital Skills in Adult Education The program included the training of instructors in modern pedagogical practices, the utilization of digital tools, the development of interactive teach The training of educators was a key component of the project, as they play a central role in transferring knowledge and skills to learners. - Enhancing Digital Skills in Adult Education for the Management Team Through specialized seminars and workshops, executives were trained in the use of management tools, the utilization of online collaboration platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
