1. To give teachers and students the chance to experience a school that is not forced and deterrent but inclusive and collaborative and certainly not boring. 2. Enhance cooperation among teachers – teachers, teachers – students through workshops by giving, the opportunity to experience Mindful Nature principles in a European Educational Network and in a Summer School, giving a new updated school approach, with crucial role of nature and the outdoors for human health and well being. 3. Train and support teachers in innovative teaching strategies and methodologies, offering mindfulness as an innovative teaching method. Teachers by being trained and taught different methodologies, they will see new possibilities of improving students' motivation but not only. 4. Produce an available resource for teachers and students about Mindful Nature in 3 languages (English, Greek and Portuguese). 5. Through dissemination as an innovative method for the improvement of students’ learning process, sharing of knowledge and experiences.

We have experienced as students and teachers a classical school and also in the case of ECES of Karpenisi the environmental education which is experiential outdoors. We have seen for a period of 15 years, as we evolved, an updated teaching method, in order to have a connection with Nature: Using firstly our common sense, then our 5 senses and our attention, all 3 finally leading to use our consciousness through mindfulness. So, we wanted to be able to use this teaching method: To test, to experience, to examine, to evolve, in the framework of an Erasmus+ project. We wanted to explore whether or not and if positive, then how, can emerge a school with direct contact with consciousness, through mindfulness, using the intellect, attention and the senses. Can this school also be happy, creative, enjoyable and useful?

From every from the above activities, came out also the corresponding implementation of the activity as an output/result, so we have 12 corresponding results. All these 12 resulted also in educational experience and evolution of the innovative methology.
