In compliance with the objectives set by the EC Council Recommendation on Vocational Education and Training (2020), the project achieved the following objectives: With WP2-Digital Report managed: -to identify the existing knowledge and competence gaps of VET trainers related to apprenticeship mobilities in 3 EU rural areas. -to showcase the skills required to guide, support and motivate learners towards apprenticeships -to provide partners with useful insights that will help them develop the framework and content of the Digital Roadmap With WP3-Digital Roadmap managed: -to map the procedure that VET trainers need to follow, to support and motivate VET learners from the initiation to the completion of an apprenticeship -to equip VET trainers with knowledge and tools on how to immerse the apprentices in Work-Based Learning before the mobility -to shift towards a sustainable VET sector with digitized documents, procedures and curricula -to connect apprenticeships with labour market needs -to equip VET trainers with tools to build networks of cooperation that promote apprenticeships Transversal objective achieved: -to raise the visibility, adoption, impact, and sustainability of the project through targeted dissemination activities.

Management Activities: Partners were responsible for programming their workload and setting their tasks related to the project respecting the Gantt chart and the deadlines agreed during the online meetings. They were also responsible for reporting their progress and financial spending to the project Coordinator. Quality & Evaluation Activities: Partners were responsible for the evaluation and quality of the results in line with the qualitative and quantitative indicators described in the Quality Assurance Plan, led by MEUS. They also participated in the Steering Committee Meeting to discuss milestones and challenges related to the quality. Dissemination & Exploitation activities: Partners implemented dissemination activities through project and organisation channels in the agreed frequency to achieve the indicators foreseen. They also hosted local dissemination events. Implementation Activities: Desk-based and questionnaire-based research for the development of the results, participation in online working sessions, participation in the f2f working session in Larissa, and implementation of national pilotings to present and test the results directly with VET trainer, translation of the project results into the partners’ languages.

WP2 Digital Report was a PDF-based compiled report exploring national apprenticeship frameworks in Italy, Greece, and Spain, including quantitative & qualitative research findings to identify key competencies required by VET trainers, challenges faced in apprenticeships, and tools to enhance apprenticeships' effectiveness. The report spans 23 pages, divided into: introduction, methodology, results analysis and conclusion. WP3 “How to App-skill VET trainers” Digital Roadmap consisted of 8 stations/PDFs of 25-35 pages: -Connecting employability with labour market needs -Innovative methodologies for connecting VET and business through apprenticeship -How to immerse VET learners in Work-Based Learning -Quality frameworks for learning outcomes -Capacity Building for VET apprentices -Documentation goes Digital -How to build a VET network of cooperation -Evaluation of the process Piloting Sessions: Conducted in all partner countries, involving 20 VET trainers/country to enhance trainers' skills in work-based learning, intercultural competencies, and digital tools, equipping them to act as effective 'mobility coaches.' Dissemination Materials: Newsletters, articles, and videos to raise awareness about project activities and results.
