This project aims to address the needs of adults in precarious situations by improving their approach to citizenship and involvement in community initiatives. It also seeks to enhance the capacity of employees and volunteers in associations to innovate support processes and encourage public engagement. Through activities such as workshops, analysis of practices, and tool creation, the project intends to foster inclusive practices within the associative sector and promote collaboration between supporters and those being supported. Ultimately, the project seeks to create a more inclusive and participatory environment where all members of society have a voice and agency in shaping their communities. By implementing the project, we aimed to achieve the following objectives: Improve and deepen the approach of adults in uncertain and unstable situations to increase and adequately establish the exercise of their citizenship. Support the know-how of employees and volunteers of associations for the innovation of support processes and the development of methods to support the public's desire to get involved. Encourage and facilitate joint and interactive actions, improve the pooling of experiences, and intensify dialogue among all stakeholders.

The project yielded several concrete outputs and results: Increased inclusivity within the associative sector by giving adults in precarious situations a meaningful role as active participants rather than mere beneficiaries. Reimagined support methods and collaboration approaches among employees and volunteers within associations, leading to more effective and empowering assistance to the public. Development of common values such as inclusion, participation, citizenship, and commitment between supporters and those being supported. Creation of tools to facilitate the implementation of inclusive practices and support processes within the associative sector. Enhanced dissemination of project outcomes to relevant stakeholders, fostering wider awareness and potential adoption of the project's methodologies and approaches.
