▶Objectives
The main objectives were: - Develop a training itinerary or upskilling pathway in the digital field, with the corresponding contents and development, implementation & control protocols. - Facilitate access and increase take-up to online and digital training for people with difficulties due to financial problems or lack of previous digital knowledge. - Facilitate access to training in digital relationships with the Administration so that they can request grants to improve their situation of social inclusion. - Facilitate knowledge in the eco-efficient use of tools in the digital environment and improve the disposition towards active citizenship and the European dimension. - Test the training itinerary in the different countries and analyze its efficiency to develop a catalog of good practices and Best Available Techniques with potential for transferability. - Ensure equal opportunities, inclusion, environment & quality of training in the itinerary protocols. - Create a transnational network-observatory for dissemination & GP exchange The objective of the project was the development of an easy and inclusive training itinerary that allows adults to overcome digital deficiencies and motivates them to use digital environments.
▶Activities
For the development of the project, 6 activities were planned, divided into three phases. The activities: 1 for preparation, 2 for the start of execution, and 6 for follow-up culminated in transnational meetings in the different countries, so the work to be considered was not only the duration of the meetings but also the work before and after them, which was even carried out throughout the entire project, as is the case of activity 6. The concrete phases and activities were the following: PHASE 1 - PREPARATION - ACTIVITY 1 Transnational meeting to prepare project activities PHASE 2 - EXECUTION - ACTIVITY 2 Transnational meeting for the execution of project activities - ACTIVITY 5 Development of the training itinerary in the field of Rovnovazka - ACTIVITY 4 Development of the training itinerary in the field of CEDA - ACTIVITY 3 Development of the training itinerary in the field of ADESOS PHASE 3 - FOLLOW-UP - ACTIVITY 6 Transnational meeting for final monitoring and evaluating the results of the project. Due to delays in the resolution of the project's concession, and as a precaution in the execution of the funds, the project began with a considerable delay but the project has been completed within the initially planned deadline
▶Impact
The initial planned results were the following: • Involve at least 30 adults to participate in the itinerary. • Development of the general and specific contents of the itinerary • Provide three pilot actions for inclusive training in the digital environment. • Improve the inclusion conditions of at least 50% of the people involved. • Characterize the resulting good practices for their exchange. • Involve stakeholders and partners in the network and Erasmus platforms for the dissemination of the project, the exchange of good practices & mutual collaboration. All these results have been achieved, in addition to the specific results set out in the form for each of the actions. We could say that, in our opinion, the level of results achieved in this project could be closer to a larger cooperation partnerships project than a small-scale Partnerships project. The document “Results table for publication” is attached as an annex to this document, which details the expected results at a general level and is characterized by activity, with the final results and their location both in the drive designed for the project, used by the partners and made available to the Agency, and in the documentation of the results provided through the BM
