Breaking Boundaries wanted to achieve the following objectives: O1. Improvement of meaningful communication between teenagers and elderly people, promoting their social competences and bringing generations together. O2. Enhancing civic engagement by helping to develop their critical thinking and desire to know more about social issues. O3. Improvement of teenagers’ knowledge about their social, cultural and historical heritage, referring to their own countries and the European context. O4. Raising teenagers’ awareness about the diversity in our schools, communities and in the European Union. O5. Promoting that they value positively social diversity in terms of nationality, beliefs, etc. O6. Development of linguistic skills and communicative competence in their native languages (Spanish / Polish). O7. Development of linguistic skills and communicative competence in English. O8. Development of digital skills and media literacy. O9. Enhancing dialogue between teachers to learn new approaches or methodologies and improve our teaching skills.
