Objectives

The overall expected objective was to foster the understanding and development of entrepreneurship as a competence. Since EntreComp is a widely recognized framework and has been proven to have broad and effective applicability for developing entrepreneurial competences in formal and non-formal education, working with young people and adults, the project team went a step further and adapted EntreComp to the context of the circular economy, in particular working with NEETs. Specific objectives were to: - Create synergies that support learning and strengthen training of adult organizations - Empower adult educators with tools to engage NEETs and low-skilled adults in the circular economy, supporting them to take advantage of the opportunities that CE can provide to develop their own entrepreneurial initiatives - Generate a measurable impact through the adult education community and stakeholders, helping them to develop an ecological awareness and a stronger connection between training and the labour market.
