▶Objectives
The project aimed to increase the competences of PID towards gender equality through a Drama Based Training (DBT) approach. General objectives: GO1; To develop an inclusive and accessible DBT methodology (DBTM) based in action-oriented learning principles for increasing the knowledge, skills and attitudinal change of PID towards gender equality, considering their learning difficulties and the impact of gender issues in this collective. GO2; To develop a Trainer ́s Guide for enhancing the implementation of the DBTM. GO3; To develop a set of Training Materials for PID for enhancing their successful involvement in the training process and acquisition of competences. GO4; To develop a Digital Training Tool adapted to PID for the implementation of the DBTM, including a module where PID will be able to record, edit and upload their videos including the created and performed drama based training plays, thus increasing their social and digital skills. GO5; To implement pilot training actions for validating the quality of the training program and its capacity for increasing competences, addressing gender equality issues. GO6; To increase the awareness of related stakeholders and commitment with the exploitation of the project results.
