The main objectives of E4TLI project are: (A) Bridge the digital divide between non-technological higher education stakeholders and emerging Technologies 4.0 & Improve technological literacy among: (1) Non-technological faculty members; (2) University students; (3) Mentors and university managers (B) Create new teaching pathways and materials tailored to 4.0 technologies and integrating them into formal and informal education. (C) Promote inclusion and diversity: Empowering minorities and bridging the gap related to geography, gender, mobility, and access to technology. (D) Disseminate knowledge across Europe and beyond to groups facing face barriers to innovation. Technological literacy is a catalyst for systemic change. Thus, the expected impact in education includes: -Innovation: Enabling non-technological educators and students to engage with digital tools. -Empowerment of small players with limited access to technology. -Inclusion of Minorities: underrepresented groups and students with special needs. -Bridging Technological Gaps: Creating synergies in academia&industry. -Improved Employability of students and educators upgrading their digital skills. -Policy Influence: Providing recommendations for curriculum reform.

The E4TLI project was implemented through 5 work packages (WPs): WP1: Project Management: Planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, quality and financial control, reporting, dissemination, and sustainability. Monthly meetings and shared digital tools (Google Drive, WhatsApp,Website) supported collaboration. WP2: Seminars for Lecturers: 6 seminars enhanced 4.0 skills (Data Science, VR, AR, Streaming, Coding, Blockchain & Cybersecurity). Sessions were recorded and published online. WP3: Research by Faculty: 6 Intellectual Outputs (IOs) were produced, each focused on a specific technology, and integrated into curricula and LMS platforms. Published online (Creative Commons) WP4: Seminars for Students: 9 seminars (planned: 6) Unplanned six-month VR & AI course in India reached 206 students across 10 architecture schools. WP5:Dissemination: 1 transnational meeting (Bilbao, Jan 2024), 2 Multiplier Events (Porto,Oct 2023; Bilbao,Jun 2025), 31 informal activities, website,YouTube channel. -Influenced policy makers, civic society, and university authorities. -17,265 beneficiaries in 64 countries. -Inclusion: Minority groups and third-country partners (India, Tajikistan) were actively involved. https://e4tli7.com/ https://www.youtube.com/@e4tli -Teaching Innovation: E4TLI fostered new pedagogical approaches to enhance technological literacy across disciplines. -Faculty Engagement: 212 lecturers participated in formal seminars; 569 were reached through informal education activities. -Student Reach: 2,595 students benefited from formal education; 6,788 engaged through informal learning. -Inclusion: 1,251 individuals from diverse backgrounds, with signed attendance sheets, benefited from the programs and activities. -Intellectual Outputs (IOs): 6 reports/toolkits published under Creative Commons licenses with ISBNs, showcasing best practices -WebQuest Tool: AR-based teaching tool developed for cultural organizations. -Book: Research Grid VR & AI Capacity Building Studio by E4TLI-UNAV and MBM, based on a six-month course in India. -Research Articles: 4 peer-reviewed articles authored by faculty researchers. -Curriculum Integration: All IOs embedded in partner syllabi and validated through ECTS. -Policy Impact: Engagement with civic society and university authorities via University Employment Observatories. -Green practices and inclusive participation -Quality:Likert 4.5/5 -Dissemination: 17,265 beneficiaries in 64 countries
