▶Objectives
The project focused on addressing three key objectives; Firstly, the need to fill the gap with accessible and relevant mental health and wellbeing resources for young employees, as many of whom are struggling with mental issues while feeling unsupported in their work environments. Secondly, aimed to bridge the Digital Competency gap for VET and training vet educators, enabling them to use Innovative tools and resources to provide mental health support and Well Being programmes training in a blended or remote working context. Thirdly, to ensure awareness for a good working environment and to care for workers' mental health, with a discussion forums, and initiatives for training human resources managers and employers in the well-being with our elaborated resources and policy and recommendations for stakeholders, we are one step closer to having a more sustainable and healthy work environment in Europe. Based on to these objectives, was the development of an interactive Toolkit that would provide practical guidance and support on aspects of well-being, such mental health, and work-life balance and ensuring that the promotion of well being became an integral part of vet and to promote a culture of health within the organizations.
▶Activities
Through the BE WELL Project we implemented the following five activities levels; -Management: the partnership participated in all the meetings, contribute with inputs in the Risk plan and financial issues and to do list after the meetings, Google Drive folder sharing between partners, and E-mail pool for communication and webinars. -Promotional; post in social media to promote our project with specific branding, articles in EPALE, radio and newspapers, highlight our promotion events in each country evolving more than 140 young employees and business representatives, and 219 key stakeholders attended the promotional events held in the consortium countries. -Evalution, Quality and monitoring: elaboration of Quality/ Evaluation/ Plan using Online surveys through Google Forms to manage quality assurance, monitoring, and impact assessments for each WP´activities and communication and management among partners. -Sustainability : Exploitation strategy and more than 14 letters of support by 7 focus group´s participants signed by external organizations with inputs in the Policy and recommendation plan. -Education level; 1 piloting testing learning at international and 7 local level with VET trainers using our https://BEWELLMOOC.EU/

The main concrete outputs has been; O1.BEWELL INTERACTIVE MICRO-LEARNING TOOLKIT FOR WELLBEING PROMOTION, Developed a 28-day well-being planner and handbook for young employees and a library of 35 OERs (5 national OERs per partner), included in a HTTPS://BEWELLMOOC.EU/ in all partners languages, and 7 national reports of the promotional events. O2.BEWELL CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION PROVIDERS, a webinar presented the wp, the curriculum comprises 42 hours of training made up of 18 hours of face-to-face in three modules, this handbook developed, and translated in all partner languages. O3.BEWELL POLICY AND PRACTICE RECOMMENDATIONS REPORT, a webinar explained the WP, 7 focus group reports and robust comparative analysis framework to synthesize the policy learning that emerges from the project. Executive Summary into their national languages. O4.Impact Plan, SWOT analysis based on pre- and post questionnaires, and Final Impact Report.
