The primary objective was to enhance the digitalization of vocational training, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of learning, particularly in light of the challenges presented by the pandemic. We sought to improve digital competencies, which are crucial for successful integration into the labor market. By focusing on technology, soft skills, and administrative organization, we aimed to provide tangible solutions to these challenges. Our specific objectives included sharing experiences from European countries to support stakeholders in VET and provide guidance on digitalization. Additionally, we focused on addressing technical gaps in digital learning formats and soft skills development to enrich existing tools and technologies. We also aimed to develop solutions to the administrative hurdles that emerged with the shift to digital learning and create an open-source platform for the exchange of knowledge and resources, ensuring the long-term sustainability and expansion of the project. The project aimed to ensure vocational training could continue to meet the evolving demands of both learners and employers. Through these combined efforts, the project hoped to make a lasting impact on VET across Europe.

The project aimed to enhance the digitalization of vocational training through a series of structured activities: -Progress Reviews and Meetings: Regular progress reviews were held every five months, supplemented by partner meetings every two months to address challenges and ensure alignment with the project's objectives. -WP 2 – Surveys and Data Collection: Partners conducted surveys in their respective countries to gather data on technology, skills, and administrative processes, culminating in a final report that included recommendations for improvement. -WP 3 – Report Development and Course Creation: Partners collaborated to develop a report on digital solutions for vocational training and created training courses focused on soft skills and online training management. -WP 4 – Open Source Tool and Administrative Solutions: Development of an open-source tool for disseminating project results, alongside a report detailing administrative solutions for sustainable digitalization in vocational education and training.

The output of WP2 is a report with the findings of the surveys, a content inventory detailing how various stakeholders involved in education used technology in recent years and identifying the most effective technologies. It offers guidance to stakeholders on digitalization in the VET sector by sharing experiences from multiple European countries. The first output of WP3 is a report that guides the application of technical tools aimed at enhancing the digitization of learning content, practical exercises, and resources relevant for teachers and students across various educational fields. The second output of WP3 are preparatory courses in form of short videos to support their preparation, training, and adaptation to digitalization in VET. We focused on soft skills and how they were utilized during the pandemic, specifically in managing group work, improving communication skills, and handling exams. The first output of WP4 is a report as a guide for using administrative tools to enhance the digitization of materials, exams, attendance records, and other relevant areas. Also an open-source tool to share courses, reports, and documents pertinent to training planning and management, thereby ensuring the project's sustainability.
