▶Objectives
The main objective of the project has been to map skills needs and training pathways across different countries, providing innovative tools to stakeholders of the sector and thus overcoming skills gap between traditional occupations and new occupations for industrialised construction (offsite). Specific objectives are: - To identify industrialised systems and key professional skills aligned with circular economy and energy efficiency principles, boosting job opportunities. - To evaluate the training needs to provide training paths to match current profiles - To study and analysis of national training paths based on “new skills” and national VET offers to be able adapted to more and more flexible training needs in construction 4.0. - To develop innovative tools and methodologies for reinforcing the VET contribution to reduce the impact of the construction industry in environmental issues - To encourage the construction industry attractiveness to bring youngest and women and face the progressive ageing of workforce, reskilling to workers through VET
