โ–ถObjectives

The Leadership for Diversity project aimed to achieve a number of interrelated objectives, focusing on addressing the urgent need for professional development specifically tailored to school leaders and enhancing their leadership capacity in managing diversity and promoting inclusive educational environments. Our primary aim was to equip school leaders with the skills and tools they need to create inclusive, equitable and resilient schools. By focusing on diversity management and intercultural competence, the project aimed to address the challenges posed by increasingly multicultural and diverse classrooms. The project also sought to develop and deliver a comprehensive professional development programme, providing practical strategies and resources tailored to the specific needs of school leaders. This included the creation of a Leadership for Diversity eHub, a digital platform providing easy access to high quality materials, tools and training opportunities to ensure the scalability and adaptability of the programme across different European educational contexts.
