▶Objectives
The concrete objective of this project was to find innovative and practical means for integrating media education to language education. The project had three main objectives: 1) Together with teachers to explore and implement innovative ways for combining media education in language courses with a focus on Finnish, French, Spanish and English language teaching in non-formal adult education. 2) Increase adult learners' knowledge about problems of the biased migration narrative and disinformation in media coverage through language education. 3) Together with teachers, develop tools and materials for tutors that fit in the language curriculum and support them in handling media literacy questions with their students.
