The project would like to build up a brand-new generation of professional “European Green and Sustainable Food Educators” able to support and educate people to: - become true agents of change in terms of lifestyles, consumption and production - acquire skills and competencies aligned to post-covid19 labour market needs. The project results are going to be distributed as Open Educational Resources to be used by educators in various contexts and to build up a European network of professionals.
