Objectives

In practical terms, within the project's lifecycle, we successfully pinpointed pain points and other significant barriers to mobility for young apprentices. Anemo subsequently identified the intercultural skills necessary to address the challenges associated with the mobility of young apprentices. Now.be leveraged its expertise in educational game design to create a serious game scenario for young apprentices, enabling them to play and learn about the key mobility issues simultaneously. These two outcomes converged in the tool we call 'MoMo' (More Mobility). This tool is currently available as open-source software for all vocational training centers and professional high schools interested in implementing the serious game as a tool for awareness and candidate selection for international mobility. Simultaneously, we developed a user guide for mobility coordinators and a mobility handbook for apprentice candidates seeking international mobility opportunities. All of these resources are currently accessible on the website www.moremobility.eu.
