This project had two main objectives: 1- Valuing people in their lifestyles and cultures, whatever their origins and particularities, in order to boost their self-esteem and self-confidence. 2- Using puppetry as a tool to create space for exchanging and collecting the rituals (the little and the big stories) of the inhabitants of a territory in the public space. Through this project, we wanted to share our skills as part of a multi-national, multi-disciplinary team, in order to define methodologies for valorizing the little and big stories of a territory's inhabitants through the medium of puppetry in the public space. We wanted to use an artistic technique - puppetry and animation in the public space - to work together, create, innovate and pass on our experience to others in our 3 countries. We wanted, and succeeded in creating a project in the image of popular education, where everyone brings their own contribution and know-how.
