▶Objectives
We wanted to achieve the following objectives: - involve participants in the organization of solidarity events, - raise awareness of the importance of eating well, locally and eco-responsibly - introduce participants to the practice of mindfulness and emotional awareness through various activities (Mindfulness, Tibetan bowls, Aikishintaiso, conscious dance, etc.) and their benefits, - introduce people to new and old sporting activities, all of which respect the environment (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and cycling) - discover new European cultures and territories: our two regions, Normandy and Aragon, represent the diversity of the European territory (history, geography, urban planning, economic development, attractiveness, social needs, languages, etc.). - practice foreign languages (French, Spanish and English) - forge links with local organizations (local businesses and non-profit associations, all committed to solidarity and eco-responsibility) - demonstrate the benefits of using rail transport to limit our carbon footprint - raise awareness of over-consumption in European countries and show that swapping can be a good alternative that meets social and environmental needs
