In implementing this project, we wanted to adapt training solutions that are diversified, shared and evolving in the context of the company, while making them secure in the face of possible future crises. This approach is based on the shared and comparative experience of the various players involved and on innovation born of shared reflection. We also wanted to create simple solutions that would ensure the resilience and sustainability of training approaches. Contextualizing the social, financial and material issues involved was one of our objectives, in order to propose strategies for anticipating or developing the management of training centers and teaching methods. It was also important for us to assess and integrate the constraints that create real barriers to resilience and pedagogical continuity in the face of potential external events. Finally, our aim was to formalize these solutions in a synthetic study that would be disseminated, along with examples of online course modules, so that educational organizations could integrate them into their teacher training
