Our goals and priorities (transferable skills) : tackle the learning difficulties, the school dropout and the low knowledge of the basic skills. The three selected items should be the basis of our action : inclusion of the disabled students, continuing education programs for the teachers and pedagogical innovating solutions. In the 6 countries involved we wanted to achieve these following goals : • Train teachers by exchanging our efficient practices, with the help of the cognitive sciences, the digital tools, the environmental and artistic knowledges of each of us in order to improve teaching skills for our students. • Establish innovative and transferable practices in order to initiate a dynamic in the different institutions from each country. Enhance the initiative spirit in each teacher. • Create a sharing tool on the internet : Genially. With this tool we wish to disseminate our research findings and support the trainers, the teachers and school directors in their search for new pedagogical teaching skills.
